Buying a used vB 4 licence.
 
One of my members of my forum asked me about buying a used vB 4 Suite licence.
I have no idea myself where to look for him.
any ideas?
Also can a vb licence be easily changed over from one person to another?

To your 2nd question yes it can be transferred over as long as it has never been done before with the same one he needs to read up on the rules about this if he wants to know more. If he still wants to buy from someone tell him to register here and pm me I will sell mine as I no longer use it. It also has the branding free option on it
