Import external IMG's as attachment

Hello!


I'm searching for a tool who import external photos and store it as an internal attachment.

E.g.:

Serarch for

PHP Code:

[img]http://www.domain.com/picture.jpg[/img] 


Then import the pic as an attachment, get the ID (e.g. 1234) and replace the code above as

PHP Code:

[ATTACH]1234[/ATTACH] 


Does anyone know a mod who do this?
