vBulletin not sending email notices

Hi,

I'm running 3.5.4 on my site, but I can't seem to get vBulletin to send any email notifications. Whether a user is set to get instant notification, daily or whatever, no email notices are being sent to members. I've checked the settings I know to check. Does anyone have any thoughts why this may be happening?
