Possible to Rebuild IDs?

With deleting styles, spam bots and whatever else, there are now big gaps in IDs. For example, User 1, User 2, User 3, User 15 and User 50.

Is there a query that would rebuild all IDs (threads, posts, users, styles, etc.)? So going by the example above, User 15 would become User 4 and User 50 would become User 5.
