Default Really Fast Stupid Question
Im new to this hacking and im trying to get vBShout. Well heres my questions. It says

Step 1:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Upload 'vbshout.php' to your 'FORUMS ROOT DIRECTORY' (ie: forums/ or forum/)

Where do i get 'FORUM ROOT DIRECTORY' I cant seem to find it anywhere! Thanks for you help
