Moderation Auto-PM

What is it?
Moderation Auto-PM will automaticly send a Private Message to the user whenever their thread, post or attachment is moderated using the Thread Tools or Inline Moderation Tools.
It has support for the following types of moderation:
Thread: Move
Thread: Delete
Thread: Undelete
Thread: Stick
Thread: Unstick
Thread: Open
Thread: Close
Thread: Approve
Thread: Unapprove
Thread: Title Edit
Post: Edit
Post: Move
Post: Delete
Post: Undelete
Post: Approve
Post: Unapprove
Attachment: Approve
Attachment: Unapprove
All options can be turned on/off in the AdminCP. Moderation Auto-PM will not show the user where their thread is being moved to/from if they do not have permission to view the forum. You can also set a "master" exclude list of forum IDs that will never be touched by Moderation Auto-PM.
What's new in Version 2.0.1?
Added support for opening and closing threads by double-clicking on the thread icon
Fixed a bug caused by a missing phrase
Credit for this release goes to ConqSoft, as he notice the missing phrase bug, and suggested the new Ajax open/close feature
What's new in Version 2.0?
Fully compatible with both vB 3.5.4 and vBulletin 3.6 Beta 2 or above!
Support for editing posts / titles using the ajax quick edit bits
Support for deleting posts via quick edit
Don't send a PM if you are moderating your own thread
Send a Delete PM instead of a Move PM if moved to a particular forum (ie, a recycle bin type forum)
Age Cutoff Point - if the item is over a certain age, a PM won't be sent
A couple of tiny bugfixes that no-one noticed
How do I install / configure it?
Please see the install.txt file contained within the zip.
How do I upgrade?
If you are upgrading from a previous version of this mod (any version), just upload the 3 PHP files, making sure to overwrite the old ones and re-import the Product XML, making sure you set "Allow Overwrite" to Yes.
If you are upgrading from PM on Thread Move, please uninstall that hack first, then install this one following the instructions in install.txt
Thanks go to redlabour for kindly providing a German translation for the phrases and to everyone who nominated this mod or voted for this mod in HotM June
Important: Unfortunately, my leased vBulletin licence has now expired, and I won't be renewing it until September which means I will be unable to reply to this thread, or update this mod until then. I'm hopeful that the great vBulletin.org community will step in to answer any questions in my absence though See you all in early September!

I'd like to install this, but for very large boards, I think it needs some additional work. Anyone feel like taking this on?
1) PM sender is the moderator who actually did the action (there's no way I'm having every pm come from me).
2) Option, somehow, to not send them, especially for post deletions. And I'd love to see that option restricted by usergroups. So, for example, admins could delete posts without sending pm's, and forum mods couldn't.
3) A phrased paragraph to include, for each type of action. For example, for deletions we'd want to include an explanation of why posts are commonly deleted, who to address in case of questions, and a link to our FAQ. For moves, something different, and so on.
Also, I'd be interested in hearing whether this sends a user a PM if they have their PM's turned off, especially if they have their "receive administrative notices" turned off. And also, what it does if the user's PM box is full.

That's the default setting with this mod If you don't specifiy a username, it sends it from the moderators.

Adding a "Send PM" popup is on the todo list for a later version - don't quote me on that though

Each action / type is an individual phrase, so you could do that now just by editing the phrases.

The only time it doesn't send a PM is if PM's are globally turned off in the vB options. Other than that, it forces the PM through whether they have PM's turned off, or their inbox is full.
Edit: Actually, I'm not sure on that last part about forcing the PM through. It will force the PM through, but if they've got PM's turned off, I don't believe it will as they'll never see it. I'll have to test it and see.
