I agree with Dismounted as an Administrator you should really be doing it yourself so at least you know who has power and who hasn't. I mean you can't have that many moderators can you? If your leaving it to a script you may want to consider consolidating your moderation team to active members you can keep track of and notice easily if there is any lack of activity.
You could install a moderation tracking modification that will give you stats of your moderation staff and their activity.
I actually like this idea, is there a modification like that?

I have around 32 lol. They are all people I know around my school. That's why I don't want to demote them myself. If they did get demoted, I could just say the script did it.
