Ok--so I have my forum up and running for some time now--got alot of users--all is good. Well I have another organization I belong to that I have had in its own catagory for some time--but its time to move it under a different URL (seperate it from my forum).
Now what I had planned was to get another license and setup a new forum(very simplified) under a different URL. For sake of having to re-register--is it possable to share certain aspects of the data base between both forums? I have searched and came up with a couple threads that were from back in 05' Here is a link to my site And a link to the area that will need to be moved to its own url link Thanks for any help... |

It is not possible for two forums to [only] share parts of a database without some extensive re-writing of many files.

Thanks paul--I was afraid of that. I will just have to create a new database and have everybody sign up to the new forum...
