Default Allowing other usergroups to edit user accounts...
It seems only Admins on my forum can edit users details such as username etc...

How do I make it so Mods can do so as well?

NOTE: I have changed the permissions and they still can't do it.

I'll put up a screenie.



The highlighted part only shows up for the Admins, but not for the mods..

What can I do so it can show up for them?
