Allowing other usergroups to edit user accounts...
It seems only Admins on my forum can edit users details such as username etc...
How do I make it so Mods can do so as well? NOTE: I have changed the permissions and they still can't do it. I'll put up a screenie. https://vborg.vbsupport.ru/external/2008/08/58.jpg The highlighted part only shows up for the Admins, but not for the mods.. What can I do so it can show up for them? |
The only way to do so is to make them administrator. I haven't come across any modification that you are asking for.

I think there have been now 3 or 4 htreads on this same topic in teh last few days. Try reading the other threads.

Thing is nothing really helpful has come across.
Could it be a simple add in code for that section at the bottom? |
No. You'd need to by pass the admin authorisation code e.t.c.
|
Opening new threads if no solution is given in another thread does not bring you any closer to a solution.
|
Sorry, I didn't look for it.
I just thought I'd get a solution quick :( Sorry If I upset anyone, still if anyone has any suggestons feel free to pm them. |
