Restrict Forum based upon User's Age

I posted this question piggybacked on a seperate post, but wanted to give this question its own thread.

Is there a way to prohibit the viewing of a forum based on the user's age? If I have a forum that I do not want viewer's under the age of 18 to view, how can I set that up?
