Ip Banning

Hi All,

I have banned users from the ip adress butt the users can come back with the same ip-adress how can that be possible

I have do it like this: 94.212.41.242, 87.212.75.70, 87.213.1.185

Butt howe can that the users come back with the same ip adres en posting at the forum

.

I use vbulletin 3.8.5.

Pleasse help me with this problem thank you.
