Call [fieldXX] content in any templates?, i tried this not working $userinfo[fieldXX]

I want to call [fieldXX] content in a mod template

i tried these, but still not working :

$userinfo[fieldXX] : only for MEMBERINFO template
$post[fieldXX] : only for POST template
$bbuserinfo[fieldXX] : this is only call himself/herself content, not other member content

please help guys, how to get that field information, in other templates besides above

i already check simillar threads, but still no answer
