im getting this error when some members try to upload big file like 4 to 5 MB thats the error Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 25165824 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4316715 bytes) in /customers/pakistanipoint.com/pakistanipoint.com/httpd.www/includes/class_core.php on line 748 Please help me with this Thanks... |

That error indicates that your php doesn't have enough memory allocated to complete the operation. You should increase your memory_limit setting in php.ini. (If you don't have access to change it, you should ask your host to change it.)

It is not a vbulletin file. You can find the path listed in admin cp > maintenance > php info > php.ini file path. I would not recommend modifying the file yourself unless you are comfortable playing with server files.

If you don't have access to the server, or to restart apache, then you will have to get your host to do this.

You can send them a copy of the error message and tell them you would like the allowed memory size increased.
