search option of my forum is not working....for testing i have searched post which i have posted but it keeps on saying
Code:
1. Sorry - no matches. Please try some different terms. The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search : glossy, red, icon..... it says: Code:
Your forum is currently using the Fulltext search engine. If you wish to revert to the vBulletin search engine, please continue. You can leave the Fulltext indexes in place if you expect to return to the Fulltext search in the near future. Leaving them in place will cause added load on your system in the interim. Remove Fulltext Indexes can any one help.... |

red is probably too short a word. Remove the word red and try the search again.

But, are the complaints always based on someone using a three letter word? If you want to use three letter words, you probably have to recompile mysql to allow it. Otherwise, you'll have to use the vbulletin search engine and then you can set it to allow three letter word searches.
