Attachment Download Limit restrictions.

Is there a mod out,. that can help me limit the amount of attachment downloads by KB/MB done per time interval based on user type and attachment type for 3.7?

I've seen a download limit mod that limits the number of individual attachments as a whole but not one that will limit a combined usage ie 10Megs total per day/hour etc.

This is an Old fashioned BBS standard from my days of renegade/Teleguard Sysoping,. I'm a bit surprised it's not included, or have I totally missed the option in admin?
