It was removed on the author's wish - presumably the author did not want it distributed.

I saw some new site's with that spoiler I was wondering how I would make it because it's one of the best I've see.

In actual fact, the author of bbSpoiler (Hambil) passed to modification onto me, I have not had time to cleanup and re-release it though.
