Default Pop Up Window Messanger For All Members and New Users....
I can't seem to find it, but I am looking for a plugin that when a new user signs in, a popup window appears welcoming the new user to the board and give them a brief "How To" so they get a better understanding on how to use the board...

Im aware of that, but Im looking for a plugin so its in the AdminCP and we are able to add whatever type of message to any usergroup when we want, not just for the first sign ups.

Kinda like a News Flash Pop Up Window which they can't ignore until they read it. Great for advertisement, specials, New Forums, Special Messages to certain groups, etc...

Hope that explains it alittle better.

Just a complete controled popup messanger for anything and everything that can be used by the Admin and in the AdminCP...
