I have been on a forum where if a user get silly, and circumvents bans etc etc, or the admins want to have "fun" with an annoying user, they have a "hell" usergroup, which gives failed page loads, replies saying that they have posted but in fact they havnt, and many other lovely annoying things.
I have a user like this on a public forum I am looking after atm, and even global ignore he is sussing, banning via IP has been circumvented (big IP pool I thnk) and he appears to have the ability to sign up eleventy billion email accounts.
Now, I would love to have this "hell mode". Anyone else heard of it, used it, know where Ic an get it? Or is it hardcoded? Any suggestions appreciated.

Sounds like the "Miserable Users" hack in action. Paul M. is the evil genius currently in charge of its maintenance.
