Hell Mode?
I have been on a forum where if a user get silly, and circumvents bans etc etc, or the admins want to have "fun" with an annoying user, they have a "hell" usergroup, which gives failed page loads, replies saying that they have posted but in fact they havnt, and many other lovely annoying things.
I have a user like this on a public forum I am looking after atm, and even global ignore he is sussing, banning via IP has been circumvented (big IP pool I thnk) and he appears to have the ability to sign up eleventy billion email accounts. Now, I would love to have this "hell mode". Anyone else heard of it, used it, know where Ic an get it? Or is it hardcoded? Any suggestions appreciated. Cheers J |
Sounds like the "Miserable Users" hack in action. Paul M. is the evil genius currently in charge of its maintenance.
