How do I set admin privileges only on one forum?

Hello everybody,

this is my first post on this board, so I apologize if my question is either trivial or noob

I have a section in my vB 3.6.0 board, for which I would like to delegate administration privileges to one of the users of my board, without giving him full access to the admin panel. He should be able to edit sub-forums, create new ones, create sub-forums with passwords, give moderator privileges, but all of this should be restricted only to his area.

Is it possible? I explored all the admin panel searching for such an option, but I couldn't find it, so I suppose it's either well hidden or impossible and I need an addon to do what I want.
