1. You need a latest post on forumhome system like this.
2. You'd need to use either vBSupport or HelpDesk. The choice is yours.
3. You want custom pages that admins create, or members? For users, you'd want this. If its for you (the admin) to create custom pages, you've got a few choices, such as WebTemplates and GTCustom Pages. By link at the top, I'll assume you mean on the navbar, in which case you just need to edit the appropriate file.
