I used to work for SocketMail coding skins for the system a couple of months back. They are all very trustworthy people and if you ordered they'll get you your product. However their customer service representative that I worked with from the UK left around the time I did and as far as I know SocketMail is a back to being a one man operation again run by a coder from Thailand (Khairul.) I've never dealt with him personally but I'd heard in the past from the ex-customer service representative that he can be a bit slow when it comes to getting things to people (I vaguely recall being put on hold for two months while he tried to get a copy of the new version so we could continue working . . . .) I would give him another couple days to get it to you or try and contact Khairul directly to get your copy.

As for the BB integration the parts that I'd seen in action all worked as stated for vB3 and IPB - I've never actually tried to integrate it myself but on our developement site it worked very well.
