Thanks for your comments, but this isn't really the place to post them. Here on vBulletin.org we deal mainly with custom modifications of vBulletin, and while we are an official Jelsoft site, we don't do any customer support. The place to post this would be in the pre-sales forum at vbulletin.com.
If you'd like to post your question here though, I'm sure someone will help you if possible.
