We just signed up with asmallorange.com. So far, I am really impressed with their customer service. They use CPanel and because our old host also used CPanel, they moved all our stuff for us. When I have had questions, they have responded quickly and even have a message board for support.
Our last two ISPs gave us the boot because we were using too much CPU time (our vBulletin installation is pretty standard). Knowing that asmallorange.com runs a lot of boards which have more active members than we do gives me a lot of comfort that we won't have to move again.
BTW, one of the ISPs who suspended our account was hostrocket.com. We had just renewed for a second year when they made this decision. You would think if we were a problem, it would have been a problem before they accepted our money. They did give a refund, it was only a partial refund (not even pro-rated).
