For all the new attachments am uploading, am no longer seeing the issue. Looks good.

But issue is seen in the old attachments i.e images uploaded prior to cahnging the above setting. How do I fix the old attachments as well.

Unfortunately, you would likely have to run a manual query or write custom code or manually edit the old posts.
