Awesome MarkFL, yes that helped me resolve the issue.
I edited the setting
Message Posting Interface Option > Enable Clickable Message Formatting controls >
Full Editor > Enable Standard controls

For all the new attachments am uploading, am no longer seeing the issue. Looks good.

But issue is seen in the old attachments i.e images uploaded prior to cahnging the above setting. How do I fix the old attachments as well.
