It appears you have two databases: "Sitemagixprod" and "vbul". When you use the cPanel database wizard, it will ask you to name the database you are creating, but the navyfami should appear prior to your text entry box.

So, you type in "vbul" and then it creates the database called navyfami_vbul. Just like what your old server had. Now, if you have a different root name on the new server, the "navyfami" will be something else, but it will still create the database.

If you are using a different root name (not "navyfami") on the new server, you will most likely need to open the vbul and Sitemagixprod database config.php files and edit them to reflect the new database path on the new server. Do this on your computer with a text editor like WordPad.

The old server has a path like this: navyfami_vbul to the database. So, if your new server (when creating the dbs with the wizard) shows a path like: xyz123_vbul for example, then you must update the config files (same file you edited when you first installed vBulletin).

Just take it slow and think it through. Most of all, only do ONE thing at a time. After you do it once, it will take longer to explain it than to do it.
