Only way I could think of checking whether they are using miserable user would to be to check the ping.See how long it takes to respond.Then get another member whom you think may be a 'miserable user' to check their ping (also try someone who isn't one) this way you should be able to check the response time from the URL. As this is one of the general abilities of the plug in.
