FINALLY GOT IT! as i said did try the trial and error trick but ended by removing/deleting/insert way...

TEST! and it really WORKS....so got my problem solve now....thanks once again for the assistance Lynne...

i might share this as mini article maybe or mini template modification for anyone who might encounter such problem to their header because of skin style...right?
