well considering many publick systems uses proxy, including schools, workplaces, and
many many more.

if you block proxy you just block all those aswell, and i dont belive you should consider
proxy's worse than any other ip.

and proxy ip's are often "not static", and those are often used unwanted purposes.
but so does many isp's im using a non static email, through my ISP's proxy so you would
also block me if you blocked all proxy's

well no danger there, haha but you get the general idea.
