Member base shouldn't be expected to be in the thousands for a site like this anyways. Most people who need help with their email provider will get it in the email client itself. I know I personally would never really think to look for a forum about it.
That being said, it works for Popowich, and that's cool with me.
However, with THAT being said (yes, I meant to say this a second time).. when I think of a site like this that offers help / support for email providers I would think of a pretty bulky, community driven, FAQ system and nothing more (similar I guess to Yahoo Answers). I wouldn't personally do a site like this using vBulletin, as vBulletin is a message board software. But to each his own, right?
As far as the style, it looks .. decent. It's a little plain, and I don't see a real point to having used vBadvanced.. but again, to each his own.
