Its horribly difficult to find really nice VB themes and SO easy to find PHP themes. Whats the deal !?! =\

Theres lots of nice vBulletin themes, just maybe nothing you're looking for at the moment because the demand for them isn't high. You could probably approach one of the skin designers and inform them of your needs and get a half way decent skin thats going to be custom and 1 of a kind for $250 or so.
