I have done a few searches but could not find anything active on this. New users on my site automatically have their first post moderated due to trying to prevent spam. Due to this, I would like a PM sent to an admin or user I specify to have them told about this. Below is a link to one in the mod graveyard but I think it would be what I am looking for. Thanks
