Good man. Also, ask your members what they like and dislike, and what they would like to see. My forum is run almost to the point of a democracy, I've made several changes against my better judgment and they've turned out, to a one, just fine. Treat your members good, provide a functional layout, and get the word out; advertising on the internet is tricky and frankly not worth it with 22 members; work around your local area, see if the local gyms have bulletin boards (physical ones at the gym, not like a forum) where you can pin up an ad for your site. Swing by your local three-letter fitness store and ask them if you can leave tear-offs at their counter. Be creative, all that good stuff. Good luck with it.
