Page numbers

On this site down at the bottom it has page numbers for each forum so you can jump from page 1 to page 2 or whatever.

Is this a hack that's been made already?

Is there a way or hack that you can install to ban a particular user from a certain forum on your site? In other words say you have sections A through D with each being a different part of the forum...

Do re-upload the xml first then make the text change next? Because I tried to add the text for the mods, super mods etc and keep getting a line error about missing <if> and it may not work properly.
