I think there's a problem in this new 5.1...

I think there's a problem in this new 5.1 release. Every time I try to write on a new chat room my message appears in the main room. What should I do to fix this problem?

Is there a way or hack to set the max number of new thread that a user can create on a specific section for a specific number of days?
