I found the problem. It was because the database table 'session' had got too full and had 12000+ rows (im not sure how that actually happened. Any help?

At my forum, http://www.adminfuel.com, when you attached something and the window pop up comes up, instead of just getting the boxes to browse for files, the whole forum loads up around it as well....
