Adsense Under First Posts - Clean

This mod ads a simple google adsense advertisement below the first post in your forum.

The advantage of this is if you do not want to clutter up your forum with a big table etc.

You click Store at the top and all the links in the navbars get mixed up.

How do i fix this?

Whats the hack that does..

I always see websites like http://namepros.com and http://webhostingtalk.com with that menu on the right with all the info etc.

How do i get that? Is there a hack? OR feature in the admin panel?
