Thread titles don't update when members edit them.

For some reason the thread titles don't update when members try to edit them. I have a forum that needs this option working because members do updates to their files and need to edit thread titles....

Username/Password Fields Won't Clear!

For some reason I can't login using the default login at the top.
When I click the username box it doesn't clear, I have to erase it then type the username.
