I see a way to whitelist certain IPs but is there a way to whitelist IP blocks? (for example, the 166.x.x.x block since that is used by AT&T wireless?)

How do I stop ALL moderators from receiving report emails?

there are many hacks/mods that allow you to merge posts by a member if they have posted in the same thread within X number of minutes, days, etc.
