ASO service on the skids?

I have been with them for YEARS, 10 or so. Seems the last year to 18 months their tech help has fell on its face big time, BIG TIME. Anyone else that uses them see this?

I have been using VB software for a LONG TIME and it seems that the new 4.x.x software just does not allow for neat cool styles. 3.x.x had a TON of cool styles with detailed looks, very diff design...
