Attachment suddenly limit to 5 per post

my AdminCP/Settings/Options/Message Attachment Options indicate 50 attachment.

I change it the attachment but it still stay @ 5 attachment per upload.

There is no "Maximum Number of Attachments...

Memberlist.php is in the folder. Just create a 404 Error. very strange.
