I have my sidebar to where it cant be hidden, but each block has the option to be hidden. Is there a way to remove the ability to hide those sidebar blocks?

Is there a mod that I can use to get that same look. I have seen gallery pics in the sidebar, but not up top.

Also, that one randomly shows pics...
