If you have a dedicated server, hire an administrator to fix up sendmail, it shouldn't take too long.

The problem sounds like its a server related issue, and it probably is (sendmail).

not sure in vB, but I'm sure Zachery or someone who has used it can help you. Though just guessing, it is probably in the General options, just select it to show all options and search for "sendmail"...

Its in vB, you can mass email your members, just select the awaiting confirmation usergroup. You can use variables in your message such as their activation code, username etc.
