Here's an update. He PM'd me September 28th...

Here's an update.

He PM'd me September 28th saying he'd refund me my money by October 5th. Two weeks later... nothing. [and I've pm'd him again with no response]

That's what I'm saying. VB.org is ALLOWING him to defraud/steal/ripoff Their customers and they are helping him by giving him access to the forums where people are asking for help.

I agree, you are not resposible for any Service Requests. You are giving him the means to defraud your customers, though, by allowing him access to the requests section.

What will be the result...

A while back I posted a request for help to install some hacks on my site. I was contacted via PM on your site by insanctus. He said he'd do all things I needed done for $70 with $35 to be paid up...

FYI... He doesn't return email. At least he has yet to return mine. I purchased the geltech style and was promised there would be a free 3.x upgrade to it. There hasn't been.
