It appears to have been a setting in the glowhost spam filter that was set wrong.

I'm perplexed I haven't touched my admin cp for days and now suddenly new users are automatically becoming super mods when they join. How can I fix this and make them general users when they register...

The corners don't seem to fit correctly and the arcade in particular is pretty messed up....
