This has started happening on my site, reply to a post in a thread and it doesnt appear unless you press F5
Anyone had this prob before ?

We just added the new patch so it must have been...

We just added the new patch so it must have been Patch level 3 and it was 4.2.1 or 4.2.0 i am not sure how to fix it
