Trying to show who's online in the blog section

Sounds like a simple idea... don't they all??? :D

Can you reorder the blog sidebar?

So I see you can use the forum block manager to insert and adjust the order of the sidebar in the forum section. I see you can adjust the layout of the CMS too.

I cannot for the life of me figure...
