How to Remove quick rely redirect

When we are posting in the quick reply box, it brings us to a redirecting page to the actual post. Is there a way to get around that redirect page and just go tstraight to the post?

What do you do when you hired someone to do something and they messed up your forum?

I know that it was at my own risk but I hired and paid someone from here to help of with a virus on our forum. Now none of our plug ins work and my members are very mad. What should I do?
